This is a self-assessment tool to help hospitals and health systems develop a workforce planning tool. Much of it is of a general nature that could also be useful to other types of employers. The white paper offers a series of questions to be answered by the employer, based on a review of the literature and interviews of over 30 health care leaders. The resource is in the form of a worksheet with questions to be answered.
