Taking a more granular look at the 2012 data by position, here is the minority representation:
- 60% Chief diversity officers
- 16% Chief medical officers
- 14% Chief HR officers
- 14% Chief operating officers
- 10% Chief nursing officers
- 9% Chief executive officers
- 7% Chief financial officers
